D and D OOC. (Mature.)

Zyphan, a very excellent RPer by my reckoning, and myself are working up a rather interesting idea for a D and D RP without all the complicated rules to go with it. This is strictly a story type of D and D without the dice rolls and the like. However, all classes, from both the regular rulebooks and the Book of Erotic Fantasy are allowed, as well as any and all races that you can possibly think of will be allowed, as the skills that accompany them. The plot hasn't been decided yet since it's late for both of us right now lol, but tomorrow will probably see that straightened out as well. In the meantime, here's what the CS sheet will look like. This is my character from my own D and D I did with a few friends on Skype. Please follow this example and be as thorough is all I ask. I'll probably add more to my own when I have half a brain to work with lol.

General Appearance; 4 ft, 7 in 95 lbs Long, almost shining gold blonde hair, (no blonde jokes please,) fairly tanned skin that adds an exotic appeal, and beautiful sea blue eyes that draw the eyes of all that look upon her fair face. No scars mark her, for this will be her first adventure. Despite this, the cleric has honed her body and mind to stand up to the challenge of the road and otherwise, giving her an appealing but muscular physique with very little fat to be seen upon her.

History; Neria Zathrieal was orphaned at a young age. Orc raiders slaughtered the temporary camp of her people during a half moon on a cloudless night. Her mother had been wise enough to hide the young Neria inside a hollowed log that the orcs missed in their bloody frenzy. Neria watched in silent horror as her own mother and many of her friends were relentlessly ravaged by the orcs before finally being put to their deaths. The next day, those same orcs were slaughtered by human adventurers, and Neria had been taken to the nearest elven camp by the leader of the group, a cleric and very kind old man. She had never gotten his name, but she would never forget his face, or the power he had to heal even the most fatal of wounds. But some wounds could not be healed, those of the heart and mind. Neria would forever be alone, even amongst those of her own kind. But the young elven maiden did what she thought was right and followed in the man's footsteps, becoming a cleric that found it hard to form any kind of lasting friendships for fear of having said friends ripped away from her. That, and because of what the orcs had done before being killed, Neria still holds a deep seated hatred of any of their kind. Neria also cannot get intimately involved with anyone without feeling like having a panic attack, remembering all too clearly that horrible night all so long ago. Because of this, Neria had begun study with the priestesses of Hanali Celanil to overcome her fears before she heard the call to arms and adventure.

Class definition for Sacred Prostitute; A being dedicated to offering his or her body as a blessed vessel and 'temple' to those that wish to show their appreciation and respect to the deities through the bliss of sexual congress. They are not common streetwalkers or tavern whores by any means, but a devout worshiper who allows herself to become a sexual partner to any and all who seek her out in the temple or in public. Most sects don't accept payment for this, but donations are, and the sacred prostitute is allowed to keep a small portion for herself while the rest goes to the church coffers which is then used in charitable acts and the building of grander temples to their god or goddess. Not all requests are permitted, and some sects have strict rules about what is or not allowed. Some sects mix politics with business as well, but these are rare and far between thankfully. While the obvious benefits are there to see, there are a few that are not so obvious but just as good, if not better. Curses or other harmful effects are removed when time is done with a Sacred Prostitute, as well as the restoration of spells and magic. Because of their connection to the divine, they are often elevated in the echelons of society, and thus are sought out for many different reasons. Some skills include being able to divine answers from the gods for their clients, but they can't do this for themselves.

The plot that's being run in RPGFO forums involves a powerful Lich PC raising an army of the undead. In this though we can change it up or someone can do the Lich lol. We already have three pages and we haven't even left Baldur's Gate yet lol. Not only that, but the posts the guys on there put up are pretty long almost every time because I do not tolerate one liners, nor will I post one liners unless you or me have no choice in the matter of course lol. Ok, that should make things a bit easier lol.

Per Lynn's friendly advice lol, I'm putting up a quick idea for a plot line for this.

Baldur's Gate is a well known land and sea hub that leads to many towns to both the north, south, and east through many well known paths across an otherwise treacherous countryside. The seaside city is full of races of various origin and peoples just as diverse, all nestled safely inside a guard wall, giving the feel of a fortress at times of trouble. The Watch are ever present to root out the evil that plague any city of this size. Today though is an important day of celebration. Fifty years ago, Mordoc Salenmere, the Grey Vampire Prince, had risen to power to take over the Western Heartlands, among the rest of Faerun. Heroes had stopped him, even after he had risen a Black Tower in the center of Baldur's Gate and had turned the entire city into a nest of zombies and undead creatures. The heroes had done everything in their power to restore order and balance, even going so far as to go into a dark and unforgiving plane of existence to destroy the Tower's black heart. The plan, as desperate as it was, worked, and the city was freed from Mordoc's control. Ever since, the day the city was freed is a day the city is given to celebration. This is the scene you walk into if you visit Baldur's Gate today.

Meanwhile...

A powerful wizard of the dark arts of necromancy and demon summonings, has found a tome with spells that allows for time manipulation. Seeing the potential to write 'wrongs' done to the wizard, the sorcerer opens the door to all kinds of chaos and disorder... (It depends on who does this guy or gal, but all time spell ideas are to pass through me is all I ask.)

I know, I can never shut up lol. But a friend of mine that's seen Neria and all this before brought up a few interesting points. While the Sacred Prostitute is considered high up the societal food chain, Neria isn't really because she is untouched in that sense, so she has no 'weight' to throw around nor would she desire it if she did. Also, Sacred Prostitutes, as far as the rulebook that goes by the name of The Book of Erotic Fantasy, doesn't really say but it's implied that only women can have this prestige class, I'll allow at least ONE other person of the opposite sex, (race of your choosing,) the same class if they so desire it. Also, while I'm up, I wanted to mention that I do have a map for Faerun that's up on RPGFO and I'll probably bring that over here so we have something to go by. Anyway, time mucking wizard against a group of adventurers, shouldn't be too hard right? Lol, we'll need all the help we can get. Adios and see you when I see you.

historyA silver haired boy was found early on to possess powerful magical abilities, and thus, doing the right thing, his parents sent him to study with the wizard so he could unlock his full potential.
Many years would pass in happiness and study for the young silver haired youth that would become a full fledged wizard before reaching his adult years in elven terms...until disaster struck.
Four mages from Luskan, coming from the Hosttower, came one day and froze Rinji in place, forcing the young elf to watch them murder his master in cold blood before disappearing as quickly as they had came.
Turning to the dark arts for revenge, Rinji became a shadow of his former self, diving into demonic summoning and necromancy with a passion.
Because of his 'habits', Rinji started to look for a person that could teach him to control others if he so chose.
He found a dominator master that taught him everything he wanted to know before killing the man and burning his dark temple down to the ground in a blaze of magical fire.

It looks good and I may just post the link to that stupid map so we don't have to deal with it messing up this page. Rinji, you're good to go except still need the class definition added onto your CS sheet my friend. Otherwise, go nuts within reason of course lol. Also, pick your top three at the very most for your weapons.

My evil wizard hopeful might not work out, so that spot is up for grabs as well unless he can do what I asked him to do and make up his class definition and make an intro post on his own. So far though, no luck. Still need two people at least regardless without the evil PC to figure into that.

He grew among the ranks of this Monk order quickly, mastering the Bo staff, bows, and above all; his hands. He is now slightly known throughout his homeland and rumors circle about him. He graduated from his order and went into adventuring and is at it now.

i was flipping through the new prestige classes at the book store yesterday, and im thinking i want ether the zen one or the archery one. couldnt buy the book so i'm sorry i dont remember the names.
what do you think? or should i just stick with what i have??

History; Ray was born to Thomas Dallsman, a Blacksmith in Baldurs Gate. He wasn't able to go to school, but he was trained by his Uncle Ronald, that is an old Soldier, to use a sword. Ray helped his father at the anvil much, and he also helped his Uncle with deliveries and such. Ray grew up to a strong man, and with a goal: To bring in money to his family! Ray took a lot of jobs, such as Blacksmith assistance, delivery boy, Militia and farmer boy. But then Ray decided to become a Mercenary, so that he could travel the land and find more work. His uncle gave him a sword, crafted by the finest steel, and a study horse that he could travel fast with. He traveled to Villages, Towns, Cities and Farms, looking for work to be done.
