Why did I start taking my meds again... Why why why why why... I feel like I'm going to throw up, and dizzy and twitchy and did I mention incredibly sick like I'm going to throw up?

I feel tired, long day at work.
But I'm also sorta happy. More than a failed 20 minutes of talk with her today.
That makes me happier although she is due to go away for a while.
Saying goodbye at the end of the week is the saddest part of my week.
