Benders Rebel (Interest Check)

Okay, so I have an idea. I want to do an RP in the world of Avatar. Not the tall, blue ones, but the airbender one. The plan is for a storyline following a team of benders that are rebelling against invading fire nation soldiers. For starters, no, you can't be Aang. This story is supposed to be taking place while Aang is either still frozen, or while he is off doing his Avatar thing.

So, the choices are to either be an earth bender, a water bender, or a fire bender that is against its nations morals. The idea just sort of came to me, so I haven't thought it out much, so its definitely open to suggestions. Just need to get some interest first.

Well, with the typical arrogance of a fanfiction RPer, I'll go ahead and ask if there's any chance an Airbender other than Aang might have somehow survived. I'd be interested in playing regardless of element, but air's my close second to fire and I don't particularly want to do the whole everyone hating me thing.

As for ideas... We could try the fall. It's probably been done before, but I've never seen one at any rate. The fire nation has just declared war, we proceed to do our best to stop them even as the Avatar vanishes from the face of the earth right when we need him.

Well, if we did the fall, I suppose airbenders would be okay because they had yet to be wiped out. I was leaning towards doing the fall anyway.
