Awright ya'll, I'm going to be working on a new layout over the course of the next couple of days, or so. Don't freak out if you log on one day and everything looks retarded, or something. Nothing's going to be moved, all your writing will still be in the same place and everything, I'm just working on improving how the site looks in general. Thanks for your time and patience.

No no no, this isn't the new layout, however, in order to work on the new one, I have to get rid of the old on. Worry not, my dear people, (lol, wtf?) I've saved the old layout to my computer, so if the new layout's a bust, and everything falls apart, I'll just re upload it.

Hi guys, this is just to reaffirm all your fear, complaints, questions, and comments regarding the site. I know, and understand that it's been acting up really horribly lately, and there's explanations for all of the problems we've been experiencing.

Forumotion, as most of you know, is the host site we go through. Recently they switched servers from server A to server B, thinking server B would be the better choice. They offered all these new expansions, all these new options, and a whole mess of good stuff. However, when forumotion changed, they soon discovered server B wasn't as great as they made themselves out to be. The bandwidth is a joke, the pace of the actual server is ridiculous, and the support they're receiving is almost laughable. Therefore, they're leaving server B, and switching back to server A. Granted, this is incredibly time consuming, and annoying, but it's the best thing for the whole of Forumotion, and our site. =)

While this is happening, we're going to be experiencing some problems, much like the ones we've been having, such as blank white pages, instead of web site, that goes away after a few moments, times when the server is down, and problems with PMs. These aren't the only problems, just the main ones we'll be experiencing.

I know this is a trying time, and many things like this end up killing a forum, however I have every ounce of faith in my members that you guys will work with me, and wait out this hard time, until we have brighter, happier, days. And I promise, as soon as funds aren't so tight we'll be going to our own server, so we can have our own problems. *Grins lightly*

In any case, thank you for your guys' time, and I'm happy to be back in the 'saddle'. Please continue to have fun, be good, and let's get this show back on the proverbial, or not so much, road.

Updates on the server: Just to let you guys know that the people of Forumotion are trying to get their servers all back in order. Here's what they have to say:

Right, I'm getting incredibly frustrated with not being able to see any of the Avatars that people have loaded directly from their computer, so I've done some digging, and seeing what I can do, only to find out that there's nothing that's going to be done until Monday morning when the Techs of Forumotion get back.

I understand this is frustrating to you guys, it's annoying the piss out of me too, but there's nothing we can do. If you want to see your avatar, load it onto a photo hosting site, like http://photobucket.com or http://tinypic.com and then upload it using a link. I'm assuming everything will be fixed on Monday, when the Techies come back, but at this point, I can't make any guarantees. I'm sorry guys.

Juuuuuuuuuuuuust thought I'd let you guys know that the Avatar problem has been fixed, as well as most of the other issues with the site. If anything "strange" happens, please let me know immediately.

Doing some things in the Admin panel, at the moment, so the site's going to look slightly weird for a bit.
