Pokemon: Unforgettable Journey (OoC)

Alright people, I think it's about time that this forum got a little bit of pokemon in it. We are just looking for some people to show some interest. We will be working with the four General Managers of this RP, which will be iYashi, Bloody_Maiden, The Q, and myself. We will be monitoring your posts, and running your encounters with pokemon. We are all devoted roleplayers, so you will never have to worry about us not checking up on you. If we get four more people to show some interest, then I will be bringing up the Character Sheet information, and then throwing up the In Character.

Alright, time to create a few characters...

Name: Cole Alexander
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Hometown: Ecruteak City
Appearance: Cole stands at around five feet, nine inches. Traditionally, he wears a headband given to him by his former professor, which shows off all of the different elements around the pokemon world. He wears it to keep his long silver hair away from his eyes at all times.
Short Biography: Cole has travelled all around Johto and Ogrelo, trying to show his father that he can be one of the greatest pokemon trainers in history. He has grown up quite alot mentally and physically throughout his travels, and meeting new friends and other pokemon along the way. Cole displays and shows off his Johto medals whenever he can, sometimes even to the same person.

Quilava
Pokemon Bio: Cole met his Cyndaquil after recieving it from Professor Elm. After training it up to the point of evolution, Cole and Quilava completed the Johto League successfully, but still didn't have enough credentials to defeat the Elite Four in the Johto region. Some of Quilava's moves include Return, Rollout, Flame Wheel, and Fire Spin.
Nidorino
Pokemon Bio: Nidorino has been by Cole's side since his Cyndaquil had evolved. Nidorino seems to always be ready for a fight whenever it is needed, and can be a little cocky while fighting. Some of Nidorino's moves include Horn Attack, Double Kick, Bite and Slash.
Eevee
Pokemon Bio: Eevee is a recently aquired pokemon, which Cole had obtained after running a few errands for someone in Hearthome City. No matter what, Cole seems to always train Eevee at night, they both seem to like it. Some of Eevee's attacks are Tackle, Charm, Sand Attack and Tail Whip.
Houndour
Pokemon Bio: Houndour is another recently aquired pokemon, which Cole had obtained from looming around Pyronurse Island grass. Cole seems to always train Houndour whenever he needs to and tends to leave the little guy out of his pokeball. Some of Houndour's attacks are Ember, Bite, Growl and Leer

Name: Nia Winters
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Hometown: Goldenrod City, Johto
Appearance: Standing at 5 foot 6 inches, Nia is a brown-skinned youth with waist length curly brown hair that's pulled back into a taut ponytail and tied together with a red ribbon and honey colored eyes, her standard outfit consists of a black kimono, with strap up sandals and her cute Duskull shaped backpack that's always slung on her shoulders. Sometimes Nia will switch up her outfits and wear a simple T-shirt and some jeans and sneakers, depending on her mood, but more often than not, she is seen wearing her Kimono.
Short Biography: A native to Johto, Nia has traveled to all 4 regions, not in order, but she has traveled and has had her fair share of wins and losses, to show for it, Nia has the badges of each region, never actually competing in any of the league challenges, because she's never felt like she was ready for it. Plus attempting to become a champion wasn't really her thing, she liked to travel and discover new things, meet new people and make new friends. Nia's more interested in traveling and battles than she is in fame and recognition.

Spade

Gender: Male
Abilities: Own Tempo/Technician
Info: Nia's first Pokemon, who's been with her since she was a child. Spade is the calm and level headed one of the group, usually being the voice of reason and mediator of Coal and Hunter. When it comes to battle, Spade is unpredictable, since Smeargle's are capable of learning pretty much every attack, his opponents never know what hit them until its too late, Spade confuses his opponents with Double Team and then strikes with Poison Jab, or he'll paralyze the enemy first with Zap Canon and then strike.

Hunter

Abilities: Torrent
Info: Her first official capture. Nia caught this troublemaker while walking along Route 33. Playful and Carefree, Hunter is the most energetic of the group, always bouncing around and getting into trouble, he loves to cause problems especially for Coal, he loves to annoy Coal more than anything, which often ends with them fighting and Spade or Nia having to come break it up. When it battle, Hunter is all about power, he likes to use brute force to over throw his opponents, slashing rapidly with his claws or clamping them with his jaws, Hydro Pump and Superpower are finishing moves.


Coal

Gender: Male
Abilities: White Smoke
Info:Her second capture, Nia caught Coal during her trek through the Fiery Path. Serious and Short-Tempered, Coal is like a ticking bomb just waiting to explode, the oldest out of the three, Coal is very wise, though he tends to act more like a grouch, always fighting with Hunter over one thing or another. When in battle Coal likes to over power his enemies, using Fissure to knock them off balance or surrounding them with Smog before hitting hard with Rapid Spin or Flamethrower.

Egg

Description: A small pink egg with blue markings that look like a hat and a small pink dot in the middle that resembles a nose. It emits a feeling of happiness Received from the Daycare Couple.

Gym Leaders- Pyschic and Ice

Name: Maximum Fitch
Age: 27
Gender: Male

Short Biography: Max was named Maximum because his father was a famous rapidash racer. His father died when he was born so in his father's honor his mother named him that. He grew up being called Max though. When he began his journey as a pokemon trainer he started with Abra, who is now his Alakazam. They had met through accident. The Abra was in danger and he rescued him from being captured by pokemon poachers. They had helped each other sense and stuck together. He can be a prick and a smartass, but in rasing his pokemon he takes great care.

'S' Unown-

This Pokemon was captured while Max was traveling be himself to see the world. He came to the caves and went through. On the other side he came to one of the ruins where he came faced to face with a group of unowns. He instantly wanted to capture one. Z as he named it appeared amongst while the others escaped and he captured it with little effort. Some of its attacks are hidden power.

Kirlia-

He adopted this Pokemon after he defeated the abusive trained. He told the master that he would take the 'useless' Pokemon off his hands. He took Kirlia in, who did not trust him at first. Max let him be and soon they got the bond of trust. The moves are(coming soon).

Hypno-

Not to much to say about this Pokemon. He captured it when it was younger and trained it till it evolved to Hypno. Some of its attacks are psychic, reflect, skill swap, and Dream eater.

Alakazam-

When he began his journey as a pokemon trainer he started with Abra, who is now his Alakazam. They had met through accident. The Abra was in danger and he rescued him from being captured by pokemon poachers. They had helped each other sense and stuck together. Some moves are confusion, psybeam, teleport, and sleep.

Short Biography: She is the daughter of a gym leader. She was raised in a cool climate so she always enjoyed the cold. She always wanted an ice pokemon so she gained was Spheal who was her best friend since she was fourteen. She loves all pokemon, but is a great admirer of ice types unique beauty, so she mainly focused on them and training their ice abilities. She cares for her pokemon with great love and trust. She will do anything to heal and care for sick Pokemon.

Lapras-

This Pokemon was a rescue. Lapras was rescued by Mercy when she was first on her journey with just her former Spheal. The Lapras had been poisoned by another Pokemon and left to slowly fade. So Mercy brought Nurse Joy to it and it was healed. Lapras and her battled it out and she was able to capture it. Some its attacks are Mist, Body Slam, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump.

Dewgong-

When it was only a seel she met it on her path to be a master. It was a rough and tough little critter with such attractive persona that Mercy had to capture. It lost the fight and when she first released it out, it bit her. Mercy kept a calm feeling and Dewgong began respecting and less of a menance. It still has that rogue personality. Some of its moves are icy wind, ice beam, growl, and headbutt.

Glaceon-

Started out as an egg and became an Eevee which she nicknamed Isis. This little one been with her a long time and she has a strong bond with. Isis is very protective of Mercy. Some of its moves blizzard, rain dance, Avanlanche, and return.

Walrein- (nicknamed- Millie)

Was Mercy's first and most favored pokemon because they met when her mother was raising a baby Spheal. Spheal became attached to Mercy and they became fast companions. It was nicknamed Millie after Mercy's best friend who left her hometown. Some of its most used attacks are Aurora Beam, Rest, Sheer Cold, and Blizzard.

Appearance: Wild, almost poofy brown hair with icy blue eyes. Ravance, being a kid wears comfortable Jeans and a normal white T-shirt under his grandfathers large, tattered and black leather long coat.

Short Biography: Ravance had never known his father, and his mother raised him by herself. He had always wondered what had happened to him and his mother surprisingly knows little about him. Apparently he just didn't come home one night. Ravance has heard about pokemon trainers roaming the land, finding themselves, becoming adults and sharing vital experiences for themselves and their pokemon. But Ravance has never gotten the courage to go out and actually attempt this. And then it happened. On a drive home, Ravance thought he had saw an' injured dog laying on the side of the road. Ravance pointed this out to his 'mother' and she stopped. This is when he discovered his breakthrough. He had found his Eeve.
Pokemon: Eeve
Eeve: (dubbed 'Honey')
Gender: female
Because of Honey's gentle, but also shy, skittish nature; this has prevented her from any growth. She is afraid of older people and evolved pokemon. (As well as vehicles, Lawl)
From whatever growth she has developed before her accident seems to be lost.
Poor Honey has forgotten almost everything.

Mudkip: (Moe)
Gender: male
He his a spunky little one, the toughest of Ravance's bunch.
Moves: Take down, Whirl pool, Mud sport, Foresight.

Pikachu:
Gender: Male
He usually wonders off quite a bit. But he means no harm.
Moves: Slam, Thunderbolt, feint,agility, discharge.

Rapidash:
Gender: Female
Rapidash takes good care of Ravance, almost in a way of a mother figure.
Moves: Fire spin, Ember, Agility, fire blast.

All of the sheets are acceptable. Q, you need to make three more sheets... One for two gym leaders, and one for your member of the Elite Four you will be playing as. The elements you can choose from are..... Flying, Poison, Ground, Rock, Ghost and Water.

Age: 25
Gender: Male
Hometown: Pyronurse Island
Appearance: Kevin has wild and unruly crimson hair, which also has tinges of white, orange, black and yellow all around it. He stands at around six and a half feet and always wears a blue jacket with a flame pattern going up the sides.
Short Biography: Kevin is an island native to Pyronurse, with his family moving from Sinnoh to Ogrelo two years before he was born. When Kevin's family was certain that Kevin could hold together the island on his own, then they left it to wander around the majesty that is Ogrelo. Kevin created the first ever Gym in the land of Ogrelo and even began developing the Magma Badge with old volcanic rock.

Combusken
Pokemon Bio: Kevin recieved a Torchic after being the one billionth visitor to the Hoenn Region. Since then, Kevin and his former Torchis bonded so much that Torchic eventually evolved, far rapidly to any of his other pokemon. Some of it's moves include Focus Energy, Double Kick, Peck and Ember
Flareon
Pokemon Bio: Kevin captured an Eevee upon his travels of the pokemon world, bringing it back to his Gym and letting it roam around as it pleased. During the exploration's of Eevee, it had discovered a hidden alcove filled with Fire Stones, evolving Eevee and changing it into a Flareon. Some of it's moves include Fire Fang, Bite, Quick Attack and Fire Spin.
Magcargo
Pokemon Bio: Kevin discovered his Magcargo during his travels of the Sinnoh region, during his extensive training through Stark Mountain. Since being captured, Magcargo has changed from being a stuck up flaming snail, to a spoilt flaming snail. Some of it's moves include Yawn, Harden, Rock Slide and Lava Plume.
Magmortar
Pokemon Bio: Kevin has had his Magmortar almost all his life, as he was given a Magby to love and cherish on his fifth birthday. Over time, his Magby evolved into Magmar, and when Kevn and Magmar stumbled upon a curious item in Sinnoh, Magmar evolved into Magmortar. Some of it's moves include Sunny Day, Flamethrower, Fire Punch and Lava Plume.

Hometown: Mandrake Isle (Now known as Mandrake Cove)
Appearance: Alicia stands at a fairly petite 5 feet, with long aquamarine hair tied up in a ponytail. She is always seen with a pair of leather jeans and a singlet, as well as a custom made jacket with two Gyarados heads on each shoulder, holding all of her pokemon.
Short Biography: Alicia was always fascinated about dragon pokemon and dragon pokemon trainers. As a teenager, she had several posters of Lance glued to her bedroom wall, while the rest of her walls were plastered with all of the dragon pokemon in existance. By the time she was 20, she was already leading her own personal army of dragon pokemon to rid the world of all evil factions of the pokemon world. At age 25, she was running the Gym at Mandrake Cove.

Pokemon Bio: Alicia first caught Dratini as soon as she had recieved the Mandrake Gym. Since then, she has witnessed her once pathetic Dratini blossom into an elegant and intelligent Dragonair. Some of it's moves include Wrap, Dragon Rage, Dragon Dance and Twister.
Gyarados
Pokemon Bio: Alicia caught her Gyarados whilst travelling the areas in Sinnoh, taming it from a very unruly beast, to an unruly beasts that only follows the orders given to him by her trainer. Some of it's moves include Rage, Hydro Pump, Ice Fang and Hyper Beam.
Salamence
Pokemon Bio: Alicia first caught her Bagon in Meteor Falls during her travels around Hoenn. Since capture, Bagon has turned into a powerful Salamence, capable of anything it sets it's mind to. Some of it's attacks include Fly, Draco Meteor, Thunder Fang and Protect.
Garchomp
Pokemon Bio: Alicia first met her Garchomp as a cute little Gible, and decided that maybe she should be able to waste one little pokeball on such a weak looking pokemon... With enough time, Alicia watched her timid Gible turn into a mighty Garchomp. Some of it's moves include Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Giga Impact and Hyper Beam.

Appearance: Francis' appearance is fairly blank. He acts, thinks and dresses exactly like a ninja. His black hair seems to swim out of the back of his headgear and is tied up in a small ponytail. A small gash in his headgear also shows off his light red eyes. He always wears a traditional ninja outfit that is a dark beige colour.
Short Biography: Francis' past is paved with the tears of his fallen foes. He has risen through all of the ranks from previous regions, and is known as 'Champion' in each of these regions. Francis strikes fear into the hearts of all his opponents and tries attacking their weaknesses.

Ninjask
Pokemon Bio: One of the pokemon given to him as a prize from defeating the Hoenn League. Francis raised this Nincada as soon as he had recieved it, teaching it all of his ninja ways and turning it into a worthy pokemon. Some of it's moves include Double Team, Swords Dance, Agility and X-Scissor.
Beedrill
Pokemon Bio: One of the pokemon given to him as a prize from defeating the Kanto League. Francis raised his Weedle shortly after recieving it, teaching it to resist even some of the strongest of pokemon and turning it into a pokemon worthy of his ninja skills. Some of it's moves include Focus Energy, Agility, Pin Missile and Poison Jab.
Ariados
Pokemon Bio: One of the pokemon Francis caught during his time spent in Johto. Francis taught his little Spinarak the importance of survival and tutored it into using all of it's most powerful moves. Some of it's moves include Shadow Sneak, Agility, Spider Web and Pin Missile.
Heracross
Pokemon Bio: Francis first caught this pokemon after spending several weeks on an endurance test in one of the honey trees located in Sinnoh. He taught Heracross about how there is more to survival without having to rely on a thick outer shell. Some of it's moves include Close Combat, Megahorn, Night Slash and Aerial Ace.
Scizor
Pokemon Bio: Francis first caught this pokemon when he was first starting out as a pokemon trainer. His constant tutorings reflect in just one single pokemon, showing endurance, speed and strength. Some of it's moves include Agility, Swords Dance, Razor Wind and X-Scissor.

Short Biography: She was born and raised in Maghogany town, where she looked up to the old man gym leader as she called him. She would sneak and try to watch the gym leader battles from a window when she was little. She is hyper and fun loving. Also has a tendance to take everything a little too seriously. Her father is o his own journey as a professor and her mother is a stay at home mom. Her mother cried when she first sent off on her journey.
Pokemon:

Wartortle(Nicknamed: Squirt)

-He was her first Pokemon friend ad starter Pokemon. Also her best best pal along the journey. He is loyal and always willing to fight for her. He moves are Tackle, water gun, bite and withdraw.

Luxio (Nicknamed: Hunt)

-When she was first out on her journey, she came upon the tales of a supposedly field. She decided to be a daredevil and they went through the field even after the warnings of very dangerous Pokemon there. She was with her squirtle at the time (both fearless) and came upon a Shinx. She challenged it and defeated it. Then captured the little rascal. Moves are Leer, spark, bite and toxic.

Pichu

-This was a funny encounter. He and Yui met on her later travels when she was entering leaving for a new region. She basically adopted him because he would not leave her side. There was also something different about him, he had one mismatched ear, it had a little notch on it. His moves are Thunderwave, Tailwhip, Thundershock, and charm.

Vulpix (Nicknamed: Pixie)

-She captured Pixie on the road to her next badge. It was a fiesty creature and had a major ego problem. Once she captured it, it softened through her kindness. Some of the moves are Ember, roar, confuse ray, and flamethrower.

Elite Four Member

Name: Karen Milton
Age: 31
Gender: Female
Hometown: Verdanturf Town

Short Biography: a girl who was raised in the wrong location as girl. She always loved being surrounded by greens, plants and many other things that involved the grass type Pokemon. She was able to gain her own garden. Her first Pokemon was a grass type. After facing many challenges she is now one of the top trainers around. She is an Elite four member.
Pokemon:

Venusaur

This was her first Pokemon and greatest challenge. She started out with him not listening to her and he thinking he was the greatest thing in the world. She learned to earn his trust when she rescued him from the _______Team. It was a tough road, but now they are inseparable and together both crazy

Sceptile

-She loved the woods and forests. Her hobby was gardening and she gained this little guy from protecting plants. This Pokemon took it upon itself to protect the forest from tree cutters and other things that could damage the ecosystem. Challenged it to a battle and was able to catch him.

Roserade

-This Pokemon became her favorite gardening partner. She met this one at her home while she was outside caring for the plants. At the time it was a young Pokemon and it would watch her and while she was gone take it upon itself to help with the garden. Karen caught it one day and fromthere a bond developed.

Bellossom

-It seemed every grass Pokemon she captured shared something with her. When she captured Bellossom, they shared the passion of dancing.

Leafeon

-Her eevee who she gained as an egg as a gift. Was her third Pokemon when she was beginning her travels as a young Pokemon trainer. She chose to evolve it to a Leafeon.

Short Biography:
Life was normal and as she reached adulthood, and moved out on her own. Of course, like very one else, she found someone to love. She was beginning her new life with her lover but as quickly as it seemed to blossom, Lyzra's life would be turned upside down.
During a certain period of time She and her lover had begun to try and conceive. unfortunately it seemed that no matter what, a child was just out of reach. And when Lyzra had experienced a miscarriage, she took it harshly and she was beginning to show signs of depression. Of course it would be a while before they would try again, but Lyzra always thought about the reason why her lover hasn't proposed or anything of the sort. She hasn't talked to him about it, and this only added to her down spiral. Trying to cure Lyzra's grief stricken heart, Her lover brought home a pokemon. It was then that she had bonded with it, cared for it and looked to it almost as if it was a child. This worried her lover, but he didn't think too much of it.
Suddenly much to her Dismay, Lyzra's lover had abruptly disappeared. He told her he needed to do something, but he failed to tell her what or where he was going. He seemed frantic and in a state of panic.
Lyzra hasn't seen him since, and she refuses to talk him, or if she had ever had a child.

This pokemon knows her trainers heart well.
moves: tackle, tail whip water gun and quick attack.

Lapras:
Gender: male
This Lapras often sings to Lyzra to cheer her up. And used for it's Ice abilities.
Moves: Ice Shard, Water Pulse,Confuse Ray,Mist.

Swampert:
Gender: male
Lyzras trump card.
Moves:Hammer Arm,Endeavor,Earthquake,Protect,Muddy Water.

Lanturn:
Gender: male
This Lanturn is great friends with Lapras, and very happy-go lucky.
Moves: Spark,Take Down,Bubble Beam,Signal Beam.

Gastrodon: (west sea)
Gender: male
Gastrodon is actually pretty cuddly and sweet minded.
Moves: Mud Bomb,Hidden Power,Rain Dance,Recover.

Short biography: He used to be a pokemon teacher, taking higher level pokemon and introducing them to lower leveled pokemon so they can socialize and expand their horizon.

Gengar is the most loyal to Oridin.
Moves: Shadow punch,Shadow ball, Dream eater, Dark pulse.

Froslass:
Gender: female
Froslass is very protective of Oridin, and sometimes fights with Gengar and Mismagius:.

Appearance: Ko is the complete opposite of Oridin. He's blond with unruly and messy hair. He has brown eyes,a lip piercing and a spiked collar around his neck. Short Biography: Ko grew up in a pretty rough. He was picked on a lot but other children, and his parents were separating. For some time he had to live with his uncle who, frankly didn't care too much for him. So he was lead to believe that he could do whatever he wanted.

Kyle was born and Raised in Goldenrod city in the Johto region. He had pretty much what most kids would want, his family owns a very successful café so the family was well off.
However due to the constant time and energy demands of the hospitality business Kyles parents didn't often have time for him, to compensate they bought him a pokemon pet, His growlithe Kit. It was less than a year later that the excitement of training Kit became more than just domestic. at this point Kaia realized what he had wanted to do, it was his destiny to become a great pokemon trainer and he was going to fulfill that destiny. setting out he caught his first wild pokemon, a bellsprout he readily dubbed Fang for no other reason than that he was an almost 14 year old boy.
Discoverring a ferry that was travelling to a brand new region he didn't hesitate to jump on and continue his journey in a whole new place.

Short Biography: Born and raised in Vermillion City, the Fourth and Fifth born son’s respectively of 6, 5 boys and one girl, Shun being the oldest of the two by a millisecond, both twins love to battle. Personality wise, their almost identical, except Shun is the slightly more responsible of the two. When they we’re younger, the twins looked exactly alike, but as they grew older, Shun decided to grow his hair longer. Seeing as how everyone in their family was doing something productive with their lives, they decided to become Gym Leaders, Shun showed an interest in Dark types while Shin preferred Electric types.

Info: Small but powerful. Don’t underestimate this rodent, he can knock down even the toughest opponents with Grass Knot and Likes to inflict ailments with Toxic and Thunder Wave, he’ll then finish them off with a well placed Super Fang.

Info: Luxray is swift on his feet and is Shin main Pokemon, he’s had Luxray since it was a Shinx. Luxray is very reliable in battle, utilizing all three elemental Fang attacks and sometime Crunch.

Magnezone

Info: Magnezone is very tough to take down when in battle, this giant floating saucer of metal has an array of attacks, ranging from Gyro Ball to Discharge, Mirror Shot and Lock-On. He like to paralyze with Discharge and to make sure he doesn’t miss, he’ll often lock-on to targets, before finishing them off with Gyro Ball and Mirror Shot.

Kaitlyn

Abilities: Volt Absorb
Info: Nicknamed after his younger Sister due to an eerily similar personality. Kaitlyn is head strong and enjoys a challenge. She quick on her feet and very nimble, In battles Kaitlyn likes to overwhelm her foes with her Quick Attack or Agility, then strike with a harsh Bite, or allow them to get a taste of her Thunderbolt.



Nala

Abilities: Pressure/Super Luck
Info: Nala is harmless and shy, considering all the rumors that revolve around her species and their superstitions, in battle Nala will cleverly outmaneuver her opponents, using Iron Tail, Psycho Cut, Razor Wind or Double-Edge.

Abel

Abilities: Keen Eye/Stall
Info: Just as sneaky as Weavile, maybe even more so, these two are like partner’s in crime. Shun found Abel in Granite Cave and just like Weavile, he too has some powerful moves in his arsenal, like Shadow Sneak, Psychic, Calm Mind, and Power Gem.

Weavile

Info: Weavile is purely devious and sneaky, Shun caught this sly fellow near Snowpoint City and it has proven time after time to be a very formidable foe and has powerful attacks in its arsenal, such as Ice Shard, Shadow Claw, Metal Claw, and Focus Punch.

Abilities: Super Luck/Insomnia
Info: The skies the limit with Raven, Fast and reliable, this Honchkrow likes to mess with her enemies, confusing them with Swagger and upping her attacks with Nasty Plot before Striking with Wing Attack or Night Slash.

We are still trying to figure out what we will be doing for the Champion. So far, I have thought that the Champion isn't just one person, but a pair of twins, that way, all the GM's can use three pokemon of their choice.
