Haiku Thread (Write your own)

Basically it is pretty simple. Write a Haiku...it is all good fun. Remember though you want to stay within the pattern



Rules and simple steps of writing a Haiku-

Falling from the sky,
I landed on the ground with,
Feathers all around.-

This thread is stickied.
I really hope it runs well.
Haikus are fun stuff.

Every haiku has,
Five syllables then seven,
Then another five.

Think outside the box,
For we need creativity,
To express ourselves.

The seasons do change.
Summer to Spring and so on.
The passing of time.

It may seem silly,
Every time I think of it,
I know what it's worth.

Death becomes us all.
All our endings have begun.
One day, all will go.

It can't mean nothing
I'm just treading the surface
Too scared to go deep

This haiku is lame,
Planning didn't really help,
Because I'm awesome.

The stars burn brightly,
On a dark night you can see,
Them glimmer for you.

The leaves, they will fall.
Life will be ever changing.
Nothing lasts forever.

(Bleh, stupid 6 syllables in the last stanza. Blow me. xD )

Eternal fires burn,
Raging throughout all of time,
Fill me with power...

If it Could go well,
Many things would change for me
And finally have peace.

If you melted away
And vanished into the air
I would miss you so

As the sun goes down.
I feel my soul setting.
The darkness takes me.

cider gets you drunk,
but not as much as vodka,
drink until you drop

As the sky darkens
So do all the dreams you dream.
Eternity lost.

Fall is now lonely

Autumn leaves make me think of him

Spring will take me home

Shiroi-Ka The White Fire
You smell like cheese whiz
This is because you spillt some.

Way Late Edit Part Two : I may fail, come to think of it, but you lose the game.

Leaves fall all around.
The ground is littered with them.
Summer turns to fall.

Darkness consuming
The very ends of my soul
Help me find the light

I ache to know why,
She did not know he had died,
When I knew always.

Lightning flashes here.
Steady rocks light up with fear.
Thunderous seas leer.

For every moment,
I tried to change some part,
It never helped.
