I'm seriously considering having to truck on without them... Sorin's already left, but Hira just hasn't said anything and Ace is busy lately... I'm giving this 24 hours of emergency last chance for joining, and everyone can vote between now and tomorrow night on if we just go ahead with only the... 4? 5? of us that are actually here.

I'm still here, but I can't and won't post until at least one more person does.

I know, like I said I'm just waiting on Ace and Hira, if they are in fact planning to join... But even I can't wait forever.

Yes, well, I've waited as long as I feasibly can, unfortunately... So, the next post is up. If anybody wants to meet for breakfast, just name a place and I'll find a way to wind up there. Closer range, our energy selves will be able to communicate. We'll know there's others out there, it'll confirm that this is all real, et cetera.

Nicely done, Vergil... That would be precisely why most Energy beings don't share more than they have to.
I'm not so sure he'd know that the others had woken up though, unless he's already talked to one of us. They really don't know everything, just more than we do.

I'll assume you're out front, Esjaya? If so, our energy selves, everyone within a few blocks of the Subway, can now speak to each other freely. Granted, we won't be able to hear the conversation IC unless you'd all like to take a spin into the dreamworld itself with our other sides... It's a bit trippy, watch your step and let me know if you feel up to a quick chat with just our energy bodies. Or we could just figure out the gist of it OOC and relay that data to our characters afterwards.

Well, see... Your energy self doesn't actually exist in our world. None of them do. So it doesn't really need the mist to move about, that would just be plain inconvenient on her. ^^
Your physical body would need to, aye, but even then there's more efficient ways to travel and turning to mist would be a bit advanced for this stage of the RP.
So, if you wouldn't mind a few minor edits when you get the chance, I'll see everyone (hopefully) tomorrow. ^^ *Passes out for the night*

i was using it as a sort of crutch. but if you'd rather i didn't i can change it. once she got comfortable with the idea that she can just wander off from her body then i was going to do any water form.

Well, the energy body is actually not us. It's an entirely separate being, with it's own life in the dream world.
Your dream self has known about you all along, but you never knew you had an energy body / dream self.
The two worlds, physical and dream, overlap. Your energy self doesn't exist in this world, but if it's close enough to where you overlap with the dream world it can communicate with you.
If your physical body is actually seeing through that mist, then that's one thing, but your energy body doesn't have a physical form. ^^
It's a weird situation, this whole RP is based on an archaic theory of pre-ascension. Most of it is just a little bit trippy.

Well, soon enough our energy selves will be talking to each other. They'll come back, and tell our physical forms what's going on... The end result will be that we'll understand a lot more of what happened.
